I came across my brother’s old Gas Mask bag from his stint with the Marines. Something about the authentic military canvas, and knowing that it has been accompanying a soldier all across Iraq and Afghanistan made it beautiful. It was also screaming to be draped with silk, perfect combo right? I’m sure it’s exactly how Hermes intended this scarf to be worn =)

P.S I’m pretty sure my 347832 inches of dark roots should be bothering me more than they are, but for some reason I don’t mind them? Very Carrie Bradshaw circa season 4. Unfortunately, I am NOT her, nor do I think I can pull this off, so I scheduled an appointment with my colorist for Friday =) lol
